Inspiration of the Scriptures: We believe the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, is the verbally inspired word and revelation of God, inerrant in the original writings, and that it is of supreme and final authority in faith and practice. (Psalm 19:7-11; II Timothy 3: 16, 17; II Peter 1:16-21; Psalm 119:9-11)
The Triune God: We believe in one God, eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (John l5:26; John 14:26; John 16:13-15; John 10:30, 36; John 17:21-23; Genesis 3:22; II Corinthians 13:14; Deuteronomy 6:4)
Deity and Humanity of Jesus Christ: We believe in the virgin birth and deity of Jesus Christ our Lord, that He is true God and true Man. (Matthew 1:18-25; John 1:1-15; Hebrews 1:1-10; Colossians 2:9)
Jesus is the Messiah of both Testaments: We believe that Jesus is the Messiah and Saviour of the world. He was pre-existent before the foundation of the world. He is now seated at the right hand of the Father, and will come again as King of Kings. (Isaiah 53; Luke 4:16-21; Psalm 110:1; Genesis 49:10; Hebrews 1:2; John 1:1,2)
Blood Atonement: We believe in the penal substitutionary atonement of the Lord Jesus Christ; that He by the grace of God tasted death for every man, and that all must be born again through personal faith in His shed blood or be forever lost. (Isaiah 53:5; Matthew 26:28; John 3:16; Romans 5:9; Hebrews 9:14; I Peter 1:18,19)
Resurrection and Exaltation of Christ: We believe in the resurrection of the crucified body of our Lord, in His ascension into Heaven, and that He is now seated at God’s right hand as our Mediator and high Priest. (Acts 3:12-26; John 20; Hebrews 9:25; I Corinthians 1:8; I Corinthians 15:12-20; I John 2:1)
Second Coming of Christ: We believe in the personal, premillennial, and imminent second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. (Acts 1:11; I Corinthians 15:51-54; I Thessalonians 4:13-18; Revelation 19:11-21; I John 14:1-3)
Holy Spirit: We believe in the personality and deity of the Holy Spirit; that on the day of Pentecost He came into the world to abide; that He indwells all regenerate persons; that He instructs, helps, and purifies the Body of Christ; that He convicts the individual of sin, unrighteousness, and judgment; and that He is the infallible Interpreter of the Scriptures. (John 14:16-17; John 16:7-15; I Corinthians 6:19; Ephesians 2:22; I Corinthians 12:13; Ephesians 4:30; Ephesians 5:18; I John 2:20)
Israel is the Chosen Nation: We believe God loves Israel with an everlasting love. He has chosen her above every nation and called her to His glory. Because of her disobedience, God has placed a veil upon her heart. But the time will come when Israel will be saved as a nation. (Jeremiah 31:3; Genesis 12:1-3; Isaiah 46:13; II Corinthians 3:14-16; Romans 11:26, 27)
The Church: We believe that the true Church is the invisible Body of Christ, consisting of all who have been born again and baptized into this one Body by the Holy Spirit. (I Corinthians 12:12-13; Ephesians 1:22, 23; Ephesians 2:19-22; I Corinthians 3:9-11)
We are to be “Witnesses”: We believe we are to be witnesses to the Jew and also to the Gentile in every area; both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. (Acts 1:8; Romans 1:16, 17; Matthew 28:19, 20)
Sin: We believe that man was created in the image of God; that he sinned and thereby incurred not only physical death, but also spiritual death, which is separation from God. We believe that all human beings are born with a sinful nature and that those who reach the age of moral responsibility become sinners in thought, word, and deed. (Ezekiel 18:4; Jeremiah 17:9; Romans 3:10-23; Romans 5:13)
Salvation: We believe that all who receive by faith the Lord Jesus Christ are born again in the Holy Spirit and kept by the Holy Spirit, thereby becoming children of God with the assurance of eternal life. (Ephesians 2:4-9; Romans 5:1-11; Romans 8:35-39; John 3:3-5)
Separation: We believe that all who love our Lord Jesus Christ should maintain good works, and that all saved persons are called into the life of separation from all worldly and sinful practices. (Romans 12:1, 2, 31; I Corinthians 6:19-20; II Corinthians 6:14-18; James 4:4-7; I John 2:15-17; Ephesians 4:1-3; Titus 3:8; James 2:14-20)
Satan: We believe in the personality and reality of Satan. (Isaiah 14:12-17; Matthew 4:1-11; John 8:44; Revelation 12:9, 10; Revelation 20:7-10)
Heaven and Hell: We believe in the bodily resurrection of the just and the unjust. We believe in the everlasting conscious blessedness of the saved, and the everlasting conscious punishment of the lost. (Matthew 6:20; I Corinthians 5:1-4; Revelation 21:1-4; Revelation 20:1-15; Revelation 21:8; Mark 9:43-48)
