Galcom International as a non-profit organization with locations in Canada and USA. We come alongside churches and other mission organizations sending out the Gospel in any way we can, using the latest in technology. Our main focus is to send fix-tuned radios to help reach the unreached by radio.

Started in 1989, this ministry has enabled people to hear the Gospel message as more than 800,000 fix-tuned radios have been distributed in over 125 countries. Our goal is to have a part in fulfilling the great commission that Jesus gave his disciples in Matthew 28:19 and Acts 1:8: to go into all nations and to the uttermost parts of the earth with the Gospel. This task is not only for mission agencies but was given to all who would follow Jesus Christ and call themselves His disciples. Not everyone is able to 'go' into all the world as missionaries, but by sending one or more Galcom radios each month to unreached people, all contributors have a part in fulfilling the great commission. Many people who receive our radios can’t read but they can listen to the Gospel as it is broadcast in their own language.

All Galcom radios are fix-tuned (non-tunable) to a specified Christian radio station frequency which broadcasts into their area. We provide radios to the major International Christian broadcasters and to the small, low-powered local radio stations. We help our ministry partners with the distribution into their broadcast areas by ensuring proper documentation is prepared. The radios, made in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada are available in AM, FM, SW, and dual SW frequencies and are pre-tuned to a ministry's broadcast frequency before shipping out to the mission field.

Although the main items that we provide are fix-tuned radios, we also supply other equipment to help mission agencies in communicating the gospel. These include radio transmitters (AM, FM and SW) for the setting up of local Christian radio stations, studio kits for the radio stations, low power FM speech transmitter systems for translating at bi-lingual conferences or equipping churches with hard of hearing apparatus, and MegaVoice Audio Bibles. Our list of communication aids keeps growing.

We are surely in the days of the last great harvest and we feel a great urgency to press on to complete the job of the great commission.
